Community management involves engaging directly with customers across social media platforms, responding to inquiries, driving sales, problem-solving, and fostering brand loyalty.ย
Results:
Although we are unable to disclose specific numerical results due to confidentiality, we can confirm that for more than 7+ years this approach has effectively resonated with the target audience, driving continuous sales in the Macedonian, Albanian, and the market in Kosovo.
