Build and manage Belga Crown’s social media presence through consistent content production and community management, with the goal of increasing brand awareness, showcasing the product range and encouraging visits and orders.

Tactics

To translate the Belga Crown experience into engaging digital content, we developed a product-focused social media approach built around strong visuals, appetizing storytelling and consistent communication.

Our ongoing work combines:

• Copy-writing in Macedonian and English, aligned with the brand’s refined but approachable character
• Professional photography and video production showcasing the products, ingredients and preparation process
• Reels, carousels and static posts adapted to different products, occasions and seasonal moments
• Support in community management, including regular monitoring and timely responses to messages and comments
• Consistent visual and verbal communication across the profile

Each piece of content is designed to highlight the quality and craftsmanship behind Belga Crown, while keeping the brand relevant, recognizable and connected to its community. Beyond showcasing the final products, the content also brings customers closer to the process behind them. From carefully selected ingredients and handmade preparation to the final decorative details, every visual helps communicate the quality, care and craftsmanship that define the Belga Crown experience.

Results

Through consistent content production and active community management, Belga Crown strengthened its digital presence and created a more cohesive and recognizable brand identity on social media.

The content increased the visibility of individual products, supported communication around launches and seasonal offers, and encouraged customers to visit the locations or order through Wolt and Korpa.
