Task

Effective internal communication needs to do more than deliver information. It needs to capture attention, make complex messages easy to understand, and create meaningful engagement among employees.

As part of our first collaboration with A1 Group Austria, we were tasked with developing quarterly Internal Communication Guides designed to inform and engage employees in a clear, modern, and visually compelling way.

Approach

We developed a modern and sophisticated design concept for the guides, carefully aligned with A1 Austria’s established brand guidelines and visual identity. In addition, our work went beyond the visual design of the guides, and we also participated in developing the overall communication direction and copy.

Through a combination of strong visual storytelling, thoughtful content presentation, and engaging design elements, we created a communication format that transforms internal information into an accessible and engaging employee experience.

Each quarterly guide is designed to maintain a consistent visual language while adapting to the specific topics and communication needs of each edition. This approach allows the guides to feel cohesive as part of a larger internal communication ecosystem, while keeping the content fresh and relevant for employees.

Results

The Internal Communication Guides have become an ongoing project, with new editions developed quarterly to support A1 Austria’s internal communication efforts and strengthen employee engagement.

Due to the confidential nature of the internal communications and materials, we are unable to share the full guide designs publicly. However, the project demonstrates our ability to translate a global brand’s visual identity into sophisticated, engaging, and purpose-driven internal communication materials.
