Task
Promote two key events TvinTek Conference and TvinTek Talk for Foundation for Management and Industrial Research. Our goal was to raise awareness and drive attendance to the two events in the time span of 1 month.
Tactics
Partnering with Omnicreative, who led the visual identity and design direction, our team was responsible for the full communications strategy and execution across digital and media channels.
Our work included:
- Content writing and platform management for Facebook and LinkedIn
- Meta advertising, with a focus on precise audience targeting and campaign optimization to drive reach, views, and link engagement
- PR development, including writing and publishing press releases and event features across leading local web portals
- Influencer activation, managing everything from selection and proposals to briefing and coordination
Omnicreative completely handled the visual production – from logo creation and conference branding to designing all social media posts, creating a strong, consistent visual identity across platforms.
Results
The campaign contributed to outstanding visibility and audience growth across all communication channels, directly supporting the success and turnout of both events.
On Facebook, we achieved:
- 80.7% growth in reach
- 107% increase in video views
- 361% increase in content interactions
- 31% increase in link clicks
On LinkedIn, the campaign drove:
- 82% growth in impressions
- 120% increase in comments, signaling higher engagement and conversation among professional audiences
PR placements on leading Macedonian news portals supported broad visibility and institutional relevance.
